Let’s tell you a bit about who we are and why we’re here.
Who We Are?
So, as you can see from the title, we named ourselves Gut&Glory…for some reason that we don’t really know, but it sounds good, isn’t it? Two Paths to Health? You’re probably asking yourself “why two?”
Well, because we’re two individuals on a journey to better health, each following different paths but united in our mission:
to share the value of SIMPLER, HEALTHIER living.
At Gut&Glory, we’re taking a step back in time, to a simpler era where people made their food with love and care, using fewer ingredients, and savoring the things that truly matter.
Many of you will agree, that, back then, there wasn’t an overwhelming choice of processed foods, but instead, a more genuine connection to wholesome, homemade meals.
People enjoyed one kind of chocolate, one type of coffee or a home-cooked meal made with just a few, honest ingredients.
But what’s most important is that people BACK THEN knew exactly what they were putting inside their bodies.
While the world may push us toward quick fixes and trending diets, it’s important to pause and reflect on how things used to be.
We believe in the timeless power of food that nurtures and heals.
Whether you’re embracing an Animal-based Carnivore Diet, going Gluten-Free, cutting out sugar, fasting…
we’re here to remind you that health isn’t about perfection-it’s about balance, sustainability, and honoring what truly fuels your body.
You remember how our grandparents lived? Or let’s say…the generations before them.
They lived without the overwhelming noise of modern diets.
They ate real, wholesome food, home-cooked meals, made with love, simple ingredients and no shortcuts.
Our past generation was strong and healthy, they also had stress, but they didn’t face the same levels of stress and anxiety we deal with now. Do you agree?
Why is it like that?
Because food back then, wasn’t just something to fill you up – it was a source of strength, balance and well-being.
Meals were simple, honest, made with ingredients you could TRUST.
In today’s world we find ourselves stressed, anxious, and overthinking everything-including what we eat.
But the question is: Do we really overthink?
Do we really KNOW what we put inside our bodies?
Do we really check every ingredient of every “healthy” food we buy from outside?
Do we really know how many preservatives, and (un)healthy things they all have.
Probably the answer is NO.
We all go in the supermarket, pick up what’s labeled as “healthy” and trust that it’s the right choice for us.
But how much do we actually know about the food we consume on a daily basis?
What’s the truth behind the labels, the ingredients we can’t even pronounce, or the preservatives that keep everything fresh for months?

I will just mention that maybe, we have to remember the wisdom of the past.
We have to embrace the power of real food to balance our moods and restore our health.
