Everything started with one personal journey—a real-life transformation that proved health doesn’t have to be complicated.
We are Gut&Glory. I’m Glory (the writer) and Gut is my inspiration. Today, we will guide you through our journey, actually Gut’s journey to a better, simpler, long term health.

For years, he followed conventional advice, pushed his body with workouts, relied on supplements, and ate what was considered “healthy.” But despite his efforts, he struggled with gut issues, energy crashes, and inflammation. Doctors had no answers, and nothing seemed to work—until he took a simpler, more natural approach.
Through his diet, strategic movement, and cutting out the noise, Gut healed his “gut”, gained muscle with less training, and stopped relying on supplements. He learned that real food and consistency can do more than any modern-day “quick fix.”
Gut & Glory is here to help others do the same—without strict diets, exhausting gym routines, or unnecessary expenses.

“🤘I’m George. I’m 44 years old.
I grew up in the 80’s. Eating the Mediterranean diet, playing football and riding a bike, daily as much as I could.
As a teenager, i was a 100 meters runner, and basketball player.
Unfortunately, for me, when i became 12 years old I started smoking and drinking alcohol.
But, I never stopped working out.
Over the years I enjoyed more and more having a night life, smoking and drinking. To speak the truth, I’m still doing it. I also cannot remember when was the last time i slept before 3am. For many years i used to sleep after 6am. I enjoyed it a lot..
I’m also working as a professional drummer for the last 20 years. So, I’m addicted to night life.
Still, there are 2 good habits that i’ve never quit: WORKOUT and EATING HOMEMADE food. I never skip a day that I don’t cook my own meals.
My problems started happening during the first Covid winter. I was not allowed to work and live my life as a regular person, and I started having mental issues and gut problems.
Anxiety, bloating, indigestion.
I got to the point that sometimes I was feeling that I couldn’t breathe.
Since then, i have visited every single doctor and nutritionist.
I’ve done all the tests and nothing was found.
Then, I did my own research and I realized that I have IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome).
It was caused by the stressful environment during Covid.
I’ve tried every supplementation and medication and nothing changed.
I was desperate until I started doing the only thing I hadn’t tried yet: the ANIMAL BASED DIET.
80,90% of my daily calories are from animal foods.
From day one I realized that this way of eating is something that my body truly loves.
After some weeks, my IBS symptoms were almost gone.
I was also feeling stronger, and i decided to do one more test: to quit the supplements i was taking.
No amino acids. No protein powder. No multivitamins. No vitamin C.
I became even stronger, more energetic, and my digestion even better. So, I realized that as long as I eat the proper food, I don’t need to spend my money on supplements. Plus my gut now process the food easily.
Sometimes, just because i am living in the modern world, i am having junk meals.
But, nowadays they don’t harm me anymore.
Do you know WHY? -Because my gut is healed.
I also realized that i had forgotten for many years how is it to feel thirsty.
Since I was a kid, I remember every doctor and coach saying to me that I have to drink plenty of water. And i was following their instructions.
But, at some point i realized that water also made me feel bloated.
So, i decided to drink it only when i feel thirsty.
And now, I’m feeling even better.
So i came to the conclusion:
“Life is more simple than they say”
As a human being, I believe that I have to let my body tell me what it needs. When it needs it.
This way, my life is easier, my pockets fuller and my mind more clear.
I want to share my experience with everyone because I believe that it can help people to improve their life quality.
